HOW I TURNED MY PASSION PROJECTS IN A FULL FLEDGE BUSINESS
Nine years ago, I launched my personal style platform IN THING as a creative outlet to help women build confidence and discover themselves through style.
Little did I know that my passion project would turn into a full-fledged career that’s lead to so many unexpected opportunities and the cultivation of an engaged community of amazing women.
This all became possible because of style. Over the last 9 years in fashion and lifestyle, I’ve nurtured a community of women that I help get dressed every day and become closer to their style DNA through personal style education. I’ve also worked with numerous women as a personal stylist via Style Alert, Nordstrom Studio Services, and has executed editorial styling for major brands and campaigns such as Zappos, And Other Stories, Absolut, and more.
I’ve always known the power of style, but this journey has affirmed my belief that style can be used as a transformative tool to transform your life from the inside out. It’s afforded me the privilege to build a profession out of it and live the life I’ve always dreamt of and I’ve witnessed numerous women undergo the same transformation.
But with all my style prowess, I was still someone with a cluttered closet who hoarded way too many things, which affected my mental clarity and productivity.
Frustrated I set out on a journey to find a solution. In 2021, I discovered Marie Kondo and fell in love with the transformative powers of organization. Watching her take her clients from suffering from stress and overwhelm to in control and at ease left an impression on me and I wanted the same for myself. Inspired, I used her method to organize my closet and the results were amazing.
I remember feeling so clear, powerful, and autonomous afterwards. I noticed how easy having an organized closet made getting dressed and how it even improved my style because all the baggage and past versions of myself (and style) were gone forcing me to only focus on the new me.
I wanted everyone to have this feeling, especially in-demand creative entrepreneurs and working professions who I felt needed it the most, and so I began taking on home organizing projects to share the same clarity, joy, and functionality organizing brought me.
The combination of personal style and organization made for a winning combo in my life allowing me to show up more confidently in work and life and so I combined both skillsets to create Wardrobe Makeovers.
After working with numerous clients over several years, I witnessed the power of personal style and organization together. I’ve seen people just like you use style and organization to uplevel their lives.

Inside you’ll get an initial chat to determine your style goals and needs. An in-depth look at your wardrobe going over each piece to determine whether it fits your new direction and body type or not. Decluttering of items that no longer align with your style direction or body type. But will not force you to get rid of sentimental items you’re not ready to part with. Suggestions on new outfit combinations to try that you haven’t thought of yet. Identify gaps in your wardrobe and suggest new pieces to get and where to shop them. A decluttered refreshed wardrobe that makes you feel empowered and gives you clarity. EDITORIAL + COMMERCIAL STYLING
Customized editorial + photoshoot and or commercial styling for your personal or professional shoots. Specialized for special occasion photoshoots, editorials, or commercial brands. In this service you’ll receive an in-depth style questionnaire to assess your photoshoot style needs and preferences, moodboard to convey the style direction of the outfit(s) you want styled, presentation and fitting of styled outfit(s), head to toe styled outfit(s) for a special event photoshoot, editorial, or commercial shoot, expert guidance on styling and image creation for significant photoshoot for you and or your brand, on-site stylist to oversee the final look(s) and image of the photoshoot, confidence in your personal or brand image to show up empowered and conquer your life.
PERSONAL STYLING SESSION
